    I didn't want to upgrade computers, but there was a terrible whirring noise. I'd had someone out who told me there was dust in it but offered no solution.  It didn't go away so I brought it down to Saunders IT and i turned out to be the fan.  It was affordable to replace that part and now it's running quickly and quietly.

    Some of those whiz kids make you feel like an idiot when you try and explain what is wrong.  Saunders IT understood our frustration and came out to our home office with a test modem.  Although we still had to follow up with Telstra, we knew how to go about the issue and saved ourselves further unnecessary call out fees.
